My experience as a consultant runs the gamut: start-up to Fortune 500, both agency and direct-to-client, guiding internal business strategy and external campaign strategy. My work spans industries, including but not limited to CPG, retail, health & wellness, luxury beauty, B2B, tech, tourism, and real estate.

Highlights include:

  • Leading market research to rename the US’s top sports equipment rental company

  • Guided innovation teams at Fortune 500 CPG brands to identify product and positioning white space

  • Developed a brand positioning for the re-launch of one of the US’s largest wine brands

  • Led brand strategy development to guide a creative refresh for the fastest-growing jerky brand in the US

  • Served as the mentor for the Strategists and Junior strategists on the team, developing a plan for growth of these team members upon my exit

Interact is a strategic design firm specializing in branding for food, beverage, and cannabis. Together, we have worked on refining the agency’s strategic point of view, implementing research to better identify the design target as well as to efficiently validate new concepts, and worked to ensure that all design projects are grounded in a strategic lens.

CP+B was where I cut my teeth as a strategist and discovered a passion for understanding the consumer mindset and using that to develop a creative solution for business problems. I spent my time hunting for insights in unexpected ways and unexpected places. At CP+B, I experienced the value in leaving no stone unturned, and above all else, finding the elephant in the room: the point of cultural tension that will lead to brand ideas that stick.

Prior to my time as a strategist, I was a media planner managing $150MM+ television budgets. In addition, I raised my hand for the most ‘out of the box’ media opportunities: managing the placement of Kraft Mac & Cheese’s Big Noodle across the US and developing social media strategy and planning for Grey Poupon’s first campaign in 25 years.
